CANCELLATION & REFUND

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

Cancellation of consultation calls and services are subject to only partial refunds.

All services are to be scheduled at least 2-5 days in advance. Cancellations are to be made at least before a minimum of 5 days.

​

Cancellations made within the said time frame will be eligible for partial refunds.

​

Post cancellation, refunds will require 7 business days to be processed.

​

In unwarranted circumstances due to natural causes and act of God, where the timeframe cannot be adhered to, only specific situations will be eligible for partial refunds, which needs to be specified in written.
